Our technology makes it possible to infer soft skills from a profile or a job description in a precise, instant, and non-intrusive manner.

Skills Level Prediction

This feature allows you to evaluate the connection between a skill on the one hand and a profile or a job offer on the other hand. The closer the level is to 100%, the stronger the connection. If a profile receives a 100% prediction level for a skill, he fully masters the skill. If a job description receives a 100% prediction level for a skill, it fully requires the skill. Prediction levels are relevant when above 50%.
